Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do university communities need to change their internal structure to join?

No. University communities keep their independent structures. The Campus Program is purely collaborative — we do not interfere with your existing training system or internal organization.

Do students need GUE training to participate?

No. Anyone can join the program and take part in projects within their own training limits. Students who wish to pursue GUE training are welcome to do so, but it is not a requirement to participate in the program.

Do students need to be certified divers to join projects?

No. Projects need support in many different areas, not just diving. There is definitely something you can contribute, regardless of your diving certification level.

Do you only collaborate with diving clubs or communities?

No. We are open to working with different clubs (e.g., social responsibility, speleology) or even informal communities, as long as the project aligns with our goals and values.

What is the main role of a Student Ambassador?

Representatives act as the main contact point between their university community and GUE TR, helping coordinate events, projects, and communication while ensuring smooth collaboration.
